I imagine at some point we can all remember sitting on the carpet in our living rooms and playing with a LEGO set as children.
There’s a chance that some of you may have done this more recently as adults. Clearly, this would likely happen later in life while playing with one’s own kids at home.
However, frivolities and toys such as LEGO can cost a lot of money. Cash that you may not currently have at your disposal.
Fortunately, LEGO stores are currently offering a great promotion that will gift you a free LEGO Ramadan lantern model. Not only this, but this will also provide you with a fun and creative day out for the whole family.
How does this LEGO store Easter deal work?
To celebrate Ramadan, the LEGO store is introducing this special offer specifically targeted toward kids. Each individual will be able to go in store and craft a LEGO Ramadan lantern model for themselves.
You should be given instructions by a member of staff if you need help. After the child has finished building, they will get to keep it and take the whole thing home.
If you have a LEGO gift card or promo code then maybe you can take advantage of some of the items for sale. You might be able to get a discount on LEGO kits and sets while in store. If you’re shopping online then you could try using topcashback to bag yourself some cashback savings on your purchases.
When does this LEGO store event take place?
Participants should know that this deal will only be available over the coming weekend both on the 15th and 16th of April.
On the 15th, you will need to be there between the hours of 10 am and 12 pm. Whereas, on the 16th, the timing will be slightly different. One will need to be present between 12 pm and 4 pm.
This is a nice little family activity. Both parents and children can enjoy this together over the Easter holidays.
Is there a LEGO store near me?
This event will be happening nationwide so you will need to find your closest LEGO store if you are interested.
Where is the LEGO store? Honestly, there aren’t a huge number of LEGO store locations in the UK. You may in fact have a bit of trouble trying to find a LEGO store close to where you live. In my research, I have discovered that many of these types of stores tend to be situated within shopping centres.
You can always use the online LEGO store locator on the LEGO website or app if you are unsure. This way you can figure out whether or not there is one nearby to where you reside.
Eligibility
It’s perfectly okay to show up in a group (as you would expect a family would). However, this deal is restricted to one LEGO model per person. Furthermore, it is unclear whether or not adults will be able to obtain a free LEGO Ramadan lantern model as well.
Limited Availability
Be warned that there are only so many LEGO Ramadan lantern models available to give away. This means that the offer will very much be subject to stock and availability on the day. It will work on a “first come, first served” basis.
This might mean that some families will have to be turned away from this event. It will be probable if there is a huge, unexpected demand.
I would refrain from getting one’s hopes up for this reason. This is especially relevant if you are planning on making a long journey just for this.
Official LEGO Store Exclusive
As a matter of fact, this is actually a pretty exclusive offer. LEGO claim that this particular Ramadan lantern model cannot be purchased ordinarily in a UK LEGO store.
You have to take part in the build event if you want to get your hands on one of these. Think of it as a limited edition of sorts.
This sounds like a great family day out to me. I suggest that you definitely take advantage if you can. On top of this, it’s something affordable that both parents and children can participate in.
As mentioned, one doesn’t just get to take part in an exciting play session. You also have something to take away with you too. Think of it as a souvenir so you can look back and remember the experience.
Although, there is a very limited window on this promotion when it comes to date and time. You will need to get your ducks (or LEGO) in a row.
I recommend discussing this with your family members. If everybody is onboard, you can then try to work out which of the nearest LEGO stores would be most convenient for you all to get to.
To cut costs on buying toys for your kids, you can both earn and save cash by using rewards platforms like SwagBucks. This website lets you make money in your spare time by doing simple online tasks like taking surveys. Check it out if you want to make some side income.
Both thatbricklife and mamainthenow can assist you in cutting costs when it comes to buying LEGO and toys for your little ones. Check out these two blogs for more information.
Do you personally like LEGO or have children who enjoy playing with LEGO? Do you believe that this will be a good day out for struggling families and explain why?
