Niche & Copyright
Our website is all about personal finance, business, and making money online. For this reason, any guest articles we accept should be in line with that niche or in the same general area. We value honesty so it is important that any content you write for us is original and plagiarism-free.
Word count
Please ensure that your article is a minimum of at least 500 words as this is a mandatory requirement for us. However, if you would like to get your thoughts down in more words then that would be great too. Ideally, it is desirable for us to publish articles that are over 1,000 words.
You have to understand that search engines like Google tend to take a shine to detailed and lengthy content over shorter pieces. If you follow my advice, you will generally rank much higher in search results which will result in your content being read by many more people so keep that in mind.
Compensation
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to pay contributors for their submissions so this arrangement will purely be conducted on a volunteer basis.
However, as a thank you from us, we can provide you with a do-follow backlink somewhere within the article for promotional purposes. For example, you might have a website or social media you would like us to link to. Keep in mind the URL destination will need to be safe for our visitors to click on and visit.
Successful submissions
If we do decide to publish your piece, we may need to make a few minor changes to ensure that it fits the format of our website. This essentially means that it might not look exactly the same as when you initially send it over to us.
As mentioned, the changes will be very minimal and may just simply mean the addition of an extra image or two. If we do accept your guest article then we will schedule it to be published on our site over the next few weeks.
